Deposits made via supported payment methods are credited to your account balance in BDT. zeta777 does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies; any currency conversion costs are borne by the user. Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Funds derived from active bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). zeta777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳20,000.
Payment Method Ownership
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. zeta777 will not process withdrawals to a payment account that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit, unless you have provided satisfactory proof of ownership of the new account and obtained written approval from the zeta777 support team. Using a third-party payment account is a violation of these Terms.
zeta777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. zeta777 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment providers.
Failed and Reversed Transactions
In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account but before they are credited to your zeta777 balance, please contact support immediately with transaction proof (screenshot of the bKash or Nagad confirmation, or bank transfer receipt). zeta777 will investigate and manually credit confirmed deposits within 24 hours of receiving satisfactory transaction evidence. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds awarded by zeta777 must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For combined deposit-and-bonus offers, the wagering requirement applies to the total of the deposit and bonus combined. Wagering completed on excluded games does not count toward the requirement.

Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

Dormant Account Policy

A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. Limitation of Liability
